When John Paul Joubran arrived in Miami, he didn't have deep industry connections or inherited clients. But he brought something far more valuable: elite construction management experience, a passion for smart home innovation, and a quiet confidence that excellence would earn its place.

Meanwhile, Victor Carvallo had established himself in the South Florida high-end construction market, working alongside a recently retired senior partner to renovate luxury properties. When their paths crossed, something clicked. A shared vision. A belief that clients deserved a different kind of renovation experience: one where exceptional craftsmanship, communication, and client care were non-negotiables.
